The purpose of the National Adaptation Research Plan (NARP) for Primary Industries is to shape a national research agenda for climate change adaptation for primary industries. It identifies the key adaptation challenges facing primary industries and the most pressing research priorities.
The NARP will be used to prioritise funding for research aimed at adapting and minimising the impacts of climate change on primary industries.
Written by a team of leading researchers, the NARP has been through a process of public consultation and revision and is currently with the federal Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency for approval. More information about the NARP will be provided here as soon as it is released to the public.
Please visit the NCCARF website for more information on the development of the NARP...
