  • Soil management - Professor Peter Grace, Queensland University of Technology (also co-convenor)
  • Forestry - Professor Richard Harper, Murdoch University
  • Farming systems - Dr Peter Hayman, South Australian Research and Development Institute, and Professor Deirdre Lemerle, NSW Department of Primary Industries
  • Water management - Professor Wayne Meyer and Professor Steve Tyerman, University of Adelaide
  • Animal health, production and biosecurity - Dr Gary Muscatello, University of Sydney
